Before moving to Espérance de Tunis, he has enjoyed spells with Lazer FC, Africa Sport and Stade d'Abidjan.
He was the first-choice goalkeeper for Ivory Coast at the World Cup 2006. Tizié has won 28 caps (as of April 2006).
Before going into the world of football, he was a handball goalkeeper for the French national team.[1]
